A new Zoller Smile 420 machine for tool presetting and measuring has been installend in our tool station.
For every turning or milling job, we need a different set of tools to machine. Before we install these tools in our mills and lathes, we preset and measure each tool before usage. Thanks to the new Zoller this goes really fast.
A short course and everyone was able to get started with it quickly.
