Materials
Our speciality is machining the materials aluminium and plastics, which includes approximately 75% of our work. Examples of materials we machine:

In the sawing and material storage department we have a fork lift truck available for the loading and unloading of incoming material and outgoing parts.
Sawing department
We purchase the correct materials for your order, which are delivered to us in rods. Before we machine your custom parts, we cut the rods into the right billet pieces as preparation. For this we have 1 manual saw- en 2 automatic band saw machines; a KASTO functional U, KASTOtwin A2 and KASTOwin A3.3.
Vibratory finishing
After the material rods have been cut to bars, we make use of rotary vibrators to obtain clean, burr-free starting material for our cnc machines. For this we have four rotary vibrators from the brand Rösler in our sawing department; 2x Rösler R125 EC, 1x Rösler R220 EC, 1x Rösler R180/530 and 1x Rösler R230 EC. These rotary vibrators are equipped with noise absorbing lids, a central process control unit with digital timing, internal seperation system, slide in seperation gate and various polishing media / chips. We also use these rotary vibrators for deburring and edge radiusing of certain batches after cnc turning and milling.
After the material is sawn and vibratory finished, it can be processed by our turning and milling machines through staff supply, automatic or manually loading. What will become of the billet pieces material? Check our 100+ custom part examples in our portfolio.
