In our latest video, you can see our Muratec MT200 GT2, internally called P11, in action! You’ll see the bar feeder, the material bars being automatically loaded into the machine. You’ll also see part of the machining process. The machine cooling against the window reduces visibility a bit. Both the finished product and the remaining pieces of material are automatically transferred from the machine to a conveyor belt by a robotic arm to collect the production. In addition to an LNS Quick Load Servo 105, the machine also features a Knoll KF 150/800 high-pressure system for improved chip removal and an Axo Microil filter to capture oil mist.
