The care for the environment is important for everybody. We think everyone has to take his or her responsibility at this area. Normally, everyone follows the rules of the government. We do even more. We separate for example paper, chemical waste and garbage. Beside that, we also separate all chips for recycling. A special system has been made to recycle our cooling oil. All the oil waste will be brought together in a tank.
The reason for this system is because of the cooling oil at the chips of synthetic materials. Now, the chips are dry before they go in the container. The cooling oil we use is very expensive, though we use this one, because of the lifelong warranty. Due to this lifelong warranty, there will be less oil waste on annual basis.
Our machines also have an auto power off system. When the machine is working unmanned, it can turn itself off when it’s done. This reduces the energy consumption.
